I was a military medic, then a civilian ER Tech, dealt mostly in trauma cases. We had a different type of Care Forms, that were two pieces of paper separated by a carbon sheet. Yeah, I’m dating myself…but nonetheless, if you have good medical experience, even if it’s in the distant past, these are GREAT to have on a hike, a boat, kept in your Advanced First Aid kit. Use a pencil to mark this, or a wax pen, or if you’re inclined, order the “write-anywhere” pen/pencil set from Rite In The Rain (based in Washington state). Great customer service if you need to order more. Highly recommended for First Responders.
