   This is hands down my favorite belay ‘biner out there. It’s the right size and shape, plus it’s extremely strong. I spend more time canyoneering than anything else and really appreciate the extra gate strength when I find myself in an awkward position down in a slot. The angled gate opening doesn’t really allow the gate to open much wider than it would ordinarily, but it’s a nice touch.

   Big, sturdy product. I have it weaved into the molle webbing on my pack, attached whatever to it.

   One of the few round stock lockers still made. I find these ideal for belaying but a little on the heavy side.

   Great round-stock biner to replace the old Petzl Attache that was discontinued.Works great with a belay plate/plaquette and a munter hitch (as well as any other belay device).

   For those who don’t know, these can be set to the unlocked position until the gate is opened and released. At which point the lock is reset and it will require three actions to open.
