I recently had ankle surgery and used Ice Down to ice and elevate. I love that it’s convenient and just the right amount of cold, and even pressure! I had a minor defect on the corner of the fold and customer service was so helpful and sent me a new pack the very next day! I bought a second ice pack so i could alternate between packs!

Well made but it is so heavy (the gel pack weighs 4.5 lbs!) I found it hard to maneuver to put on securely. Also, the 3 gel packs are not separate packs but rather are combined as one and are to be slide into one large pocket. I was hoping that I could still stand and move about with this model but if I do, the contact is not as good and gravity pulls on the belt and the gel packs. So for the best contact, I must lay down.

This is by far the best ice pack Iโve ever used and Iโve had about 6-8. The only down side is that I should have gotten the extended model, it says that itโs 47 inches but I wear pants size 36 and I have trouble getting it fastened!

I mean come on, it’s only 10-15$ more expensive then other lower quality wraps and this is what you get, a high quality ice wrap and supporting a local American based company not some Chinese manufacturer.

Bought this to use after knee replacement surgery. I ordered a back-up ice pack so I would always have a frozen one ready to go. Most ice wraps usually only cover the top and sides, this had ice coverage around the entire knee. I used it more than the ice machine that the hospital sent home with me. I highly recommend it. This ice wrap is well made and high quality.
