Exactly what I was looking for. The trigger guard is a perfect match to my Bear Creak lower. The LWRC guard offers a wider finger rest than the original guard or a Magpul replacement. When I buy gloves I have to purchase them in XL or large depending on the brand. I tried using Mechanixs (xl) and a pair of leather mechanic stlye gloves (lg) from Harbor Freight and the trigger guard allowed both gloves, regardless of size, to fit into the opening WITHOUT binding or moving the stock trigger rearward. This is clearly a win as far as I am concerned, your milage may vary.Another important aspect for me at least is that the LWRC comes with a small allen wrench screw that connects the front of the guard into place. I like this option compared to the detent spring or roll punch. I wish the rear tab also screwed in. Still, the roll pin there went in smoothly and was sized exactly right so it set flush on both sides of the reciever. The only con was, if you count this as a con, that there was still some production/mold marks left on the guard. This has zero effect on the form or function and cleaned up quickly. While not a big deal to me, I know that it might matter to others.Shipping was two days as promised with my Prime membership. Packing was standard Amazon style. The LWRC guard even came with instructions even though they are not needed. Nice touch though. If you are looking for a new trigger guard replacement, before you jump on the Magpul bandwagon (nothing wrong with that, of course) you might want to give the LWRC trigger guard a look.Reviewed by the actual consumer.March 25, 2015

Arrived on schedule. Love Amazons 2 day shipping on this item. Installed this new curved, deeper, wider trigger guard on my DPMS AR. But do not tell DPMS cause replacing ANY parts on their AR or shooting ANY brand of steel cased ammo in their AR will VOID the warrant, according to the owners manual. Sales people should be required to tell customers this before the sale. Guess I should have saved more money and bought a different AR. Like a Ruger AR 556. My AR looks and feels so much better with this new wider, deeper trigger guard. Be sure to apply a small amount of blue loctite to the small set screw that goes in the front hole of the trigger guard. Other items you might consider buying are a Flagaway ambi extended charging handle lever, a Odin Works extended mag release, and a Phase 5 extended bolt carrier release, and last, a GRG tanker style muzzle brake. All are MUST have items for every AR owner.

Very nice.installs easily w a roll pin at rear and set screw at front just like the excellent Magpul it replaced. It fits well and looks and feels great. I love the flared out floor and the complex, swoopy profile. It adds a little something unique and racy the otherwise superb Magpul triggerguard didnt have. The peak in the floor of the triggerguard allows me to glide my finger along it at the very end of the trigger to lighten and lengthen the pull to help stage and predict the break for long range accuracy. The peak keeps my finger in perfect position on the trigger throughout its arc. Not that the Magpul didnt but this one seems to work slightly better for me. It offers plenty of room for a gloved nose picker as well.Quality seems on par w the Magpul overall but the LWRCI model did have a bit of polymer flash remaining from the joint of the injection mold. I cleaned it up w my pocket knife and smoothed it out w the flame from a lighter. No problem. The polymer seems slightly harder or stiffer than the Magpul as well.not sure if thats good or bad. In any event the LWRCI model seems plenty strong and does an excellent job of both protecting the trigger and guiding my finger for precision shots. But mainly it just looks cool!If your looking for something different and a bit “techy” looking for a very reasonable price, the LWRCI triggerguard is an excellent choice. Just dont tell too many people about it. I kinda like having the only one around! Highly recommended.

This trigger guard works very well and fits perfect. It fills the gap between the grip and the guard. The shape is different from most others but I like it. If you have a problem with the gap between the grip and guard rubbing your finger, this will fix it. Installation was easy once you remove the old guard with a roll pin punch and small hammer. Just make sure to support the ear on the side opposite of the side your working from and you shouldn’t have any issues. Some rifles have roll pins that are harder to remove than others but have patience and it’ll come out eventually. I give this trigger guard five stars. It’s great quality at a great price.

This was not just drop in, as many parts that claim to be aren’t. However was simple to install just took more effort than a drop in part would

It comes with a small roll pin and large. No front screw you need to use the roll pin you take out and large one that came with it. Make sure you support the receiver when removing and installing. Use a roll pin punch and you’ll have no problem.

The look I wanted.

don’t let the cheap price fool you ?I now have these installed on 4 ar’s…very nice quality and comes with a roll pin and threaded screw that replaced the forward roll pin.The provided screw is much easier to install and uses a small Allen key. The guard fits a millspec perfectly and is a very nice upgrade.
