Update 2: Customer service was great. Reached out to me right around the time they said the paddle would be ready to ship to provide me with tracking info without my even having to ask. New paddle is great. The board has been used almost daily since it got here and it’s fantastic. Does it have all the bells and whistles of other boards? No but its great and solid and perfect for what I need it for.Update 1:1. The company got back to me today – on a holiday – to let me know they are more than happy to send me a replacement pump and paddle.2. I was able to fix the pump with a $1 rubber gasket from the hardware store. Iโm sure it should have been in there and just wasnโt. No biggie. It works perfectly now. I let them know I do not need a replacement pump , just the paddle.The board is still awesome and getting a lot of use. Weโve probably put in over 20 hours on it since it got here Friday.Will update again when paddle arrives.โโโโโโโโโโ-Original Review: The board itself is fantastic. Easy to inflate – but only if you have a working pump. The one that came with this kit was broken on arrival. Once the board reaches a certain pressure, air rushes out where the hose connects to the pump. I borrowed a pump to finish the job.This kit also came with a broken paddle. The clamp to hold it in place at different lengths is not properly attached and flails around.I have written to the company in regards to both issues. I am hoping to have a good customer service experience so I can update the end result as well as my rating. Again – the board itself is great!

Incredibly easy to inflate and deflate and love that it comes with a bag to carry and store it in. Was really simple to fold up and get back into the bag with plenty of room to spare to throw in a life jacket if needed. Comes with everything you need! Would consider buying a quick pump to run off your car if wanting to blow it up at the beach or lake. Solid and so much sturdier than I ever imagined.

Edit:I just wanted to say thank you for the great customer service In Helping me remedy my situation. Iโm changing my rating to 5 stars because it is a great board, and now I know it was my lack of knowledge and not the board. Thank you again for all your help!!would love to give this a high rating because it is a nice board but, I bought this back in July and have used it 3 times all in the month of august because you know I work. 1st and 2nd time weโre fantastic. No issues. I had a great day on the water. My daughter and I took our boards with us on a camping trip about a week ago, and For the life of me could not get my board to stay Inflated. As soon as I released the air pump, it immediately lost all pressure and yes I made sure it was up to at least 15 psi. I repeated this over and over again and could not get the pressure valve to close. After spending over an hour and a 4th attempt I gave up. We wound up just using my daughters board for the day. Since it is past the return date I am now stuck with a SUP I canโt use or even know how to get it fixed if thatโs even a possibility. We had planned on a paddle boarding road trip at the end of the month for our birthdays and now wonโt be able to do so because that was the original reason why I bought the board

Iโm a small lady and after the first inflate this was super easy to inflate. Donโt let the first time inflating discourage you. Keep pumping in air.**the instructions are mixed up a little. The valve MUST BE UP to inflate and down to deflate! The directions are backwards.

Pretty good board for the price. It held air, is big enough for my son and I. Inflated quickly, and was easy to pack up. Great but of you enjoy get on a lake. Also, I really dig the design too.

I love my paddle board. Took it to lake lake immediately. I am a newbie so I needed help pumping it up. I will get a battery operated one next summer. It was so fun. I just putted around. Getting my balance and confidence. I found it easier to balance when I could see the middle handle between my feet. Canโt wait til summer. Definitely recommend.

This is my first Paddleboard and I love it. It takes less than 10 minutes to unpack, inflate and get into the water. I put my 94lb doberman on it and had no issues, we didn’t sink and had no punctures. It takes about 10 minutes MAX to wipe down, deflate, fold and put away. The hand pump does not work so please do not read the reviews and think “Oh, it must just be a one time flaw” like I did. The pump will not work so you will have to learn how to feel your board for the correct pressure.

We love the paddle board! Weโve had such fun on the lake with it! Itโs easy to blow up and the carry bag makes transportation easy too!
