I’m a commercial captain and wear this at work.I would suggest a larger size than you think you are. These are more comfortable fitting loose than tight.

I bought this for deep sea fishing. It protected great & was comfy but did not allow air to blow through. I ended up having to take it off because I was sweating. I put it back on when we docked. I’m sure it would be great for trips in the late fall, early spring ..just not July!
