   The material on this definitely would you keep you cool because it is thin! It would be like taking hits without a shirt on I think. There’s a little bit of padding on the top of the chest and a little on the arms but not much.Also definitely sized big so maybe it’s me a t to go over something? ?‍♂️

   My son is a paint ball player and this padded shirt was definitely what he needed. Loved the product and colors are bright.

   Great Jersey, for a good price considering HK is up there on the list of more higher-end brands.Good padding on the chest, shoulder and forearm area.Though it has some very thin and ventilated fabric, it still gets a bit warm, but nothing unbearable.Overall, great and nothing but good things. Yeah, it’s just an oversized shirt with some padding, but it’s one of the nicer jerseys I’ve used.
