Very flexible and a lot more comfortable then wearing band aids. I get a lot of knicks and cuts on my fingertips from work and this wrap works great vs wearing a band aid on my fingertip while golfing. I forget Iβm even wearing it and itβs nice that they come in pre cut strips thatβs the perfect size. Definitely added a roll of this stuff to my golf bag!

These work great to save my fragile and weak child-like skin on my hands. They stay on during heavily practice sessions at the range and give me an added look of cool as I’m getting setup for a round. I can 50% guarantee that they give me back at least 3 strokes each round.

I donβt wear golf gloves, so my fingers might be more prone to the wear and tear of swinging golf clubs. I have a couple of fingers that get blisters/cuts if I donβt cover them. I was using band aids and medical tape, which worked okay, but was fairly stiff. I ran across the BirdieWrap when I was looking for new golf tape for my fingers. The BirdieTape works great – easy to put on and take off, good adhesion, durability and flexibility. I use the BirdieTape and have no problems with blisters or cuts on my fingers.

These things are legit:1. They are precut2. They have a slight flexibility to them so you can pull them tight or leave them fairly loose3. The texture on them reminds me of kinesiology tape so the disc doesn’t rip them off4. This came with two rolls!I’ll definitely be purchasing more of these in the future and they have earned a spot in my Disc Golf bag.
