The packaging is great and the seller cares about feedback on their product. I have luckily not had to use this product, but I feel confident in an emergency situation that it would hold up to itβs claims of putting out a fire.

Came faster than expected which is nice as live in CA during fire season. These were the largest ones I could find on Amazon, and were primarily for if a person catches on fire. The packaging states they are not large enough for adult clothing fires, but then gives instructions on the same box on how to do a clothing fire. This is the large size though.I will keep one in my kitchen for now and the other in my truck in case I need to flee, grabbing the other one if I do.

I was surprised at how heavy this blanket is! That is ok, it seems very durable and should do the job. I got it to keep in my emergency pack because I live in an area that was hit by wildfires. I want to be better prepared for next time. I read that you can use this blanket on your smoker. I will try that, too as I love to smoke food but I have not yet. I will update when I do.

It’s a really good product. I used it to cover the grass while I used my fire pit. Worked great when the embers popped out onto the ground. I just wish there was a XXL or a XXXL.
