I love that itโs UPF50. The size runs a bit bigger, which is fine with me. Normally wear medium shirts, the small fits perfect. I hate when long sleeve shirts donโt come down to my wrist when my arms are stretched out. Not with these shirts! With my arms out, it still comes up to my wrist. So order down a size. Some reviews say they got burnt in the sun. I am not sure how so. I hate wearing sunblock, I just canโt stand chemicals. 4 hours in the sun kayak fishing, and barley any signs of being sunburned. It works and works pretty well. UPF50 blocks out 98% of the sunโs radiation.I have 12 of these shirts all different colors of course. I am very happy.Columbia, if you read this, make shirts without logos of any kind and I wouldnโt hesitate on buy them for daily wear.

Picked this up for the sunny days on the water when itโs too warm to wear a hoodie.Kept me free of sunburns trolling on the Columbia river in search of salmon, and on local tributaries. Itโs comfortable, light weight, and doesnโt keep you too warm when the weather gets warm.Honestly I wish the big ol Columbia branding on the arm wasnโt there. Itโs a bit much really.Hoping it starts to come off after a few more washes. Canโt fault the product for that, as it works great.

Great fishing shirt from Columbia PFG. Fits big, I normally wear XX or 3X purchased 2X and it is loose fit so I think it runs big. I have several of Columbia PFG shirts purchased two of these with hoodies for more sun protection. The hoodie is big as well. Overall I am very happy with these shirts.

I bought this shirt since I kayak fish frequently, and need to be protected from the sun. I typically order large for my Huk and BassDash shirts, but reading other reviews about this shirt running big, I decided to go with a medium. Iโm glad I did, as it fits me well, even having long arms for my height. The hoodie is a nice touch to provide shade for the neck. Overall itโs a good option for being outdoors and itโs just what I expected from Columbia.

I used this shirt over a 7 day backpacking trip in the High sierras. It was my primary shirt and while I had planned to bring 2, one shirt didn’t arrive in time for the trip. This single shirt served me well over the trip as a primary shirt. It washes well thankfully with some emergency shampoo serving as cleanser. It certainly does run large, but I liked being able to wear something under it if needed. With a heavy backpack the shoulders didn’t chafe or fray noticeably and the lightweight hood is a godsent when the trail or campsite drops into the trees and mosquito territory. I loved being able to put the thin hood material up under a hat to protect my ears and neck against both the sun and mosquitos. Overall this is one of those products that you consider buying more than you need because you like it so much you want extras in case they discontinue it in the future.I do wish the branding was more subtle, but it is what it is. Overall definitely pick up one of these for your next trip.
