I got these to use with my tree climbing steps. Previously, I was using a single looped aider, and found it was very uncomfortable trying to turn my size 14 boot sideways to get it in. I also found it very uncomfortable to reach down under my feet to unhook the aider, and bring it up to the next.So I ordered 3 of these up, and leave them permanently attached to my tree climbing steps. They are extremely lightweight, yet sturdy, and are much more comfortable to use than the looped aider. The one drawback is it is more material to get tangled up.

Was late getting the order so I had to cancel the original and repurchase it. When I attempted to use it, found that it is not designed for a larger foot. Was wanting to use it for assistance for climbing trees for hunting. The top piece is not stitched in place so it slide around causing the step to not open up. Easy fix with a couple of zip ties. Steps don’t stay open enough for a larger foot to fit in. Installed 1/2 inch pvc pipe as wide as the steps to fix that problem. Steps are also not equal distance apart from each other and the bottom steps seing to close to the tree not allowing for a stable foothold. Maybe good for rock climbing with a small foot.

Foot holes are smaller than you would think, I wear a size 13 boot and it makes me nervous using this for my climbing sticks, looks to be made decent though.

Strong but flimsy . Hard to get your boot into the next rung after stepping into the first one bc it would stretch and become smaller

Works as a sub ladder paired with yates ladders.

Perfect for my need. Iβm using it as part of my one climbing step system, for archery hunting. I have converted to a saddle system and one step. Super weight reduction and ease.
